Description

Refreshing, light, and full of flavor, this detox juice is the perfect way to jumpstart your morning or reset after a heavy meal. Packed with hydrating ingredients like cucumber and spinach, along with metabolism-boosting lemon and ginger, this juice not only tastes great but also supports weight loss, reduces bloating, and boosts energy. Whether you’re looking to shed a few pounds or simply give your body a break, this green detox juice has your back!

Ingredients

Scale

1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped

1 green apple, cored and sliced

1 cup fresh spinach leaves (packed)

1/2 lemon, peeled and deseeded

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1/2 cup cold water (or coconut water for added hydration)

A few fresh mint leaves (optional, for freshness)

Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

Instructions

Wash and prep all ingredients.

Rinse the cucumber, apple, spinach, and mint (if using). Peel and grate the ginger. Slice the lemon and remove the seeds.

Add everything to your blender.

Place cucumber, green apple, spinach, lemon, ginger, water, and mint leaves in a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth.

Blend on high for 30–45 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and vibrant green.

Strain if desired.

For a more juice-like consistency, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large glass or pitcher. Press with a spoon to extract all the liquid.

Serve and enjoy!

Pour into a glass over ice (if desired) and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutritional value.

Notes

No juicer? No problem! This recipe is made in a blender, so anyone can make it—no fancy tools needed.

Substitutions: Try kale instead of spinach, or swap green apple for pineapple if you prefer a sweeter flavor.

Boost it: Add 1/2 tsp turmeric for anti-inflammatory benefits or 1 tbsp chia seeds for extra fiber.

Storage: Best consumed fresh, but you can store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours in a sealed container.
