Wet Ingredients:

Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt Chocolate – In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals. Stir until smooth.
- Mix Wet Ingredients – In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients – In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Make the Batter – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix!
- Fold in Extras (Optional) – Stir in chocolate chips or nuts for added richness.
- Bake – Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool & Serve – Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra fudginess, slightly underbake the brownies and let them cool completely before slicing.
- To make them dairy-free, use coconut-based Greek yogurt and dairy-free chocolate.
- For a protein boost, add 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder and adjust wet ingredients slightly.
